Cain Modern offers a range of services included but not limited to custom designed and custom made furniture, we offer a variety of pieces that can be customized to meet your specific needs, we work in wood, metal, Lucite and glass or a combination of any of those materials, please call or email us if you are interested in a custom designed piece or if you have an idea and need someone to bring it to life we can help you with that too.

All of our pieces are proudly made in Los Angeles, California by a team of skilled artisans, we all have the same goal in mind and that is to meet or exceed your expectations.

Cain Modern founder has designed, built and decorated many properties in the Los Angeles area.

 Cain Modern was formed in 2008 with a simple principle: Exceed Expectations.

For the better part of 15 years, we have assembled a diverse group of designers, fabricators and specialty trades to accomplish that goal. As a design/build firm, we take our clients from concept to turn key and everything in between.

Our approach to each project is intrinsically optimistic. We relish the undetected possibilities in both large and small contracted projects. Our focus is on the possible. We strive to convey to our clients that the possibilities are limitless if one applies a thoughtful and rigorous discipline to the creative process.  At Cain Modern we see challenges as opportunities to develop impactful living spaces.

All of the pieces in our inventory are available for rent unless the piece is made to order or a custom piece.

Our fees are 20% of the listed price and the rental is for one week minimum regardless of how many days you will use the item/items.

Insurance or COI is required and we must have a rental agreement in place before the item/items is/are picked up.
